The Bay Area and San Francisco are filled with unique features making it stand out as an amazing city, ranging from the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, Chinatown, historic cable cars, and Fisherman's Wharf. With so many great things to see and do, it's not surprising San Francisco continually ranks as one of the fittest cities in America. The weather here is moderate year round and often filled with fog, creating a beautiful environment to explore and enjoy the city or surrounding nature. San Francisco is loaded with diversity and the people here are filled with interesting and unique personalities. What a wonderful place for couples to call home!

The Couples Retreat Bay Area Covers
1-Establishing a Covenant Foundation
This foundational step includes the benefits of viewing your relationship as a long-term commitment that will experience natural ups and downs. It also involves viewing your relationship as a living organism and as the ultimate refinement tool to make you into a better person and partner.
2-Owning Your Brokenness
This step looks at all the baggage you and your partner brought into the marriage. Some of us bring a little baggage while others of us bring a lot. But we all have it! Therefore, recognizing our "stuff" and how it interacts with our partner's "stuff" is critical for developing humility and emotional safety.
3-Learning to Share Power
This step looks at how much both partners have an equal voice in the relationship. On average, marriages are filled with one dominant and one passive partner, leading to toxic patterns. Instead, it's vital for both spouses to feel like an equal and like their voice matters.
4-Developing Emotional Attachment
This step explores all the components to building a close friendship in your marriage. Couples start out being wonderful friends but often lose that connection through years of matrimony, kids, and careers. This step will show you how to bring it back and make friendship the base of your relationship.
5-Cultivating Sexual Fireworks
Most people want to experience great sex in marriage; however, very few achieve it for a myriad of reasons. This step unpacks those reasons and shows you specific ways to cultivate an enjoyable and satisfying sex life, regardless if you are the high or low libido partner.
6-Staying in Love
This last step pulls it all together by training couples on a tool to help them fall back in love and stay in love. It covers both partner's top fillers they desire from their partner and the top drainers that makes them feel negative towards their partner. Maximizing the fillers while minimizing the drainers is key.
"Very relevant and easy to listen to. Good tools to help us going forward. I recommend this to all married couples." G.G.-previous attendant
